( Yang Yinfeng, Founder of FANJIA )
Stepping into the headquarters of Hangzhou FANJIA Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "FANJIA") in the Xiaoshan Science and Innovation Center in Hangzhou, one special "employee" wearing sunglasses is working busily and in an orderly manner. This is Xiao Yang, an AI embodied robot. Capable of autonomous transactions and natural conversations with users, it delivers multi-scenario work and life services including flight booking, food delivery, energy conservation management and workplace patrols.
As the world’s first robot equipped with autonomous payment capability, it embodies the technological vision of Yang Yinfeng, Founder of FANJIA. From a young entrepreneur delivering tickets on an electric scooter back in 2009 to a pioneer spearheading AI transformation in enterprise services today, Yang Yinfeng has spent sixteen years crafting a story of innovation, perseverance and human warmth.

Spotting a Blue Ocean amid Pain Points
In 2008, Hangzhou was both a land brimming with opportunities and an unfamiliar battlefield full of challenges for Yang Yinfeng, who had newly arrived in the city. To make ends meet, he juggled multiple jobs: fully committed to his daytime work while coaching table tennis part-time at a hotel in the evenings. His outgoing, sincere and passionate personality helped him connect with many like-minded peers and opened a door to the business world.
Through conversations with entrepreneurs from various industries, Yang Yinfeng keenly noticed that due to immature communication technologies at that time, many enterprises faced cumbersome ticketing and reimbursement procedures for business trips. Traditional models failed to meet evolving demands and were in urgent need of reform. Introduced by a client, he stepped into the ticket agency sector. Frontline operations gave him a clearer view of the supply-demand pain points in corporate travel booking — and the business opportunities hidden within those pain points.
“Pain points are opportunities.” In 2009, Yang Yinfeng founded FANJIA, starting with ticket agency services and riding his electric scooter through Hangzhou’s streets to deliver tickets. “In FANJIA, ‘Fan’ symbolizes the flow of data and services, while ‘Jia’ stands for goodness and beauty — this embodies our original aspiration,” Yang Yinfeng explained. To him, the essence of business lies in value creation, and FANJIA’s core value has always been crystal clear: empowering enterprise growth and elevating employee well-being.
“My first order came from my former supervisor. At a time of uncertain industry prospects, everyone who trusted FANJIA was a benefactor.” Knowing how precious this trust was, Yang Yinfeng always prioritized client needs.
The entrepreneurial journey was never smooth. In the early stage of business development, Yang Yinfeng sometimes could not even gain entry to the premises of certain companies. Yet with the tenacity of youth and relentless pursuit of service details, he gradually gained a firm foothold in the ticketing industry.

Building a Diversified Service System
As business grew steadily, client demands became increasingly diversified. FANJIA expanded from pure flight ticket booking to hotels, car services, catering, gift procurement and more, building a more comprehensive service system. “Clients keep raising new requirements, pushing us to forge ahead continuously.” Meanwhile, Yang Yinfeng deeply recognized that to sustain FANJIA’s growth, the path of internet informatization was inevitable.
In 2010, Hangzhou FANJIA Technology Co., Ltd. was established, injecting internet DNA into traditional business. Combining digital intelligent control with service workflows, the company accurately identified enterprises’ informatization needs and built a closed-loop business travel ecosystem. After two years of refinement, the FanJiaXing platform officially launched.
The platform delivers one-stop booking covering flights, hotels, train tickets and chauffeur cars across all travel scenarios, enabling full-process digital management of business travel applications, approvals, itinerary planning and reimbursements. Enterprise employees can complete the entire business trip workflow with simple operations. Powered by multi-dimensional travel big-data analytics and flexible payment options, FanJiaXing eliminates the need for staff out-of-pocket payments, reimbursement paperwork and invoice collection. Transparent, compliant, convenient and efficient, it effectively helps enterprises cut costs and boost efficiency.
Yang Yinfeng himself is an avid user of FanJiaXing. He continuously tests the product during his frequent business trips and drives iterative optimization. “Nothing convinces clients better than your own firsthand experience.”
In 2015, FANJIA founded the Innovation Research Institute, leveraging data and technology to optimize business travel services, upgrade B2B travel R&D capabilities and create incremental value for clients through big data.
In Yang Yinfeng’s view, enterprise digitalization falls into two categories: behavioral datafication and production datafication. “Production datafication corresponds to intelligent manufacturing; behavioral datafication refers to receipts and invoices, reflecting personnel efficiency, value creation and resource utilization. FANJIA strives to build a service-oriented supply chain, connecting all resources to form a closed-loop enterprise service ecosystem covering comprehensive consumption demands of enterprises and employees.”
To refine product experience, Yang Yinfeng, who does not have an IT background, proactively built up his technical knowledge, diving deep into cloud computing, large language models and other cutting-edge technologies. He led his team to apply AI algorithms and data analytics to generate intelligent itinerary recommendations based on corporate travel policies and employee preferences. The system automatically monitors expenses and alerts users to overspending, greatly lifting operational efficiency and cost control performance, blazing a new trail for AI adoption in corporate travel.
In 2018, FanJiaFuXuan went live. Drawing on FANJIA’s strengths in product resources, supply chain and digital technology, it provides tens of thousands of enterprises with one-stop centralized procurement services for business gifts, corporate customization and employee benefits, making corporate procurement more cost-effective, worry-free and labor-saving.
“Besides, we expand our offerings around all dimensions of employees’ lives, covering dining, accommodation, travel, tourism, shopping and entertainment. Our product portfolio spans elderly care to infant supplies. We are building a comfortable and convenient work-life circle to enhance employee well-being,” Yang Yinfeng introduced.

Entering a New Era of Intelligent Services
From PC web to mobile terminals, then to big-data-driven one-stop cost-control solutions, after more than a decade of deep cultivation, FANJIA — powered by innovative business models and in-depth AI implementation — has grown into a group-scale internet enterprise integrating enterprise process management, business travel services, physical consumption and financial services.
September 26, 2024, was a memorable day for Yang Yinfeng. At the 3rd Global Digital Trade Expo, during the Digital Service Trade Innovation Industry Matchmaking Conference hosted by the Hangzhou Municipal People’s Government, FANJIA’s Enterprise Service AI Agent made its global debut. It reshapes the enterprise service ecosystem with AI and ushers in a new phase of digital and intelligent enterprise services.
Deeply integrating FANJIA’s years of industry know-how and cutting-edge AI technology, this AI Agent combines multiple capabilities including corporate travel management, intelligent digital payment, efficient administration and employee lifestyle services, bridging the digital and physical worlds. It acts not only as an intelligent assistant for enterprises but also a reliable partner for every professional.
“Its application scenarios cover all facets of enterprise management: process optimization and efficiency gains, marketing positioning and business opportunity mining, personalized customer service experience upgrades, financial risk early warning and intelligent process reengineering. In manufacturing, it can also optimize production planning and refine resource management,” Yang Yinfeng stated. “We empower enterprises’ transformation and upgrading with comprehensive, in-depth and personalized intelligent solutions, guiding them toward intelligent development.”
Unveiled alongside the AI Agent was Xiao Yang, the AI embodied robot driven by FANJIA’s Enterprise Service AI Agent. Boasting powerful interactive capabilities, Xiao Yang delivers one-stop intelligent services including travel booking, life consumption and office management for enterprises and employees, substantially lifting operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Notably, as the world’s first AI robot with autonomous payment capability, Xiao Yang relies on FANJIA’s WorkBee payment system to complete online consumption payments across full scenarios. Whether booking hotels, purchasing train tickets, ordering food delivery or shopping, Xiao Yang can autonomously complete purchases on demand. Beyond online scenarios, FANJIA also launched the WorkBee Global CEO Card (iWORKPAY), seamlessly connecting offline consumption — meaning Xiao Yang can serve any enterprise across the globe.
Within FANJIA’s intelligent office ecosystem, the collaboration between silicon-based and carbon-based life forms is more than simple technical integration; it represents a dual leap in wisdom and efficiency, jointly painting a new vision of high-efficiency collaboration and harmonious coexistence.
“Woke up too fast — saw a robot working by West Lake”, “Hangzhou tourism upgrades again: robot sets up a stall by West Lake”. On March 16, at a booth in the lakeside “Arts by the Lake” market, “intern” Xiao Yang with mechanical gait and sunglasses chatted freely with visitors and collected payments, drawing widespread public attention.
“This was its first trial shift in a public scenario, an innovative exploratory application within a traditional market,” Yang Yinfeng explained. Previously, FANJIA’s robots mainly delivered technical empowerment for enterprises in process optimization, customer service and financial management. Now they are stepping into broader public living spaces.
On its debut day, Xiao Yang undertook market customer service duties: quickly answering enquiries about product prices and categories, skillfully scanning QR codes to collect payments. It also provided tourist consultation and guidance, clearly introducing the features and historical background of scenic spots when visitors were unsure of their route.
“AI is not meant to replace humans, but to free people from repetitive manual labor,” Yang Yinfeng shared. FANJIA will continue to explore diversified scenario deployment for Xiao Yang, further unlocking human productivity, so users can devote more time to appreciating life’s beauty, exploring knowledge and riding the wave of innovation, enjoying a richer and more colorful life.

Striving Upward, Practicing Goodness, Marching Toward the Future
Looking back on sixteen years of entrepreneurship, Yang Yinfeng is filled with emotion. “Choosing entrepreneurship means choosing an unsettled life; it is a path filled with constant hurdles. I have wavered countless times between giving up and persisting.” Asked what keeps him going, he says it largely boils down to four words: social responsibility.
“Empowering enterprise growth and elevating employee well-being” — this is FANJIA’s unchanging original aspiration. “The company has hundreds of employees and serves tens of thousands of listed and large & medium-sized enterprises. If I gave up easily, it would inevitably affect all of them,” Yang Yinfeng admitted. As the roster of cooperative clients expands, FANJIA’s responsibility grows heavier. Therefore, while supporting enterprise growth, FANJIA always adheres to a user-centric mindset, iterates and innovates driven by real demand.
How to elevate employee well-being? FANJIA has invested substantial efforts in caring for employees both at work and in daily life. For team culture, Yang Yinfeng put forward eight guiding words: upward, doing good, interesting, embracing change. “Our primary hiring criterion is value alignment. When values resonate, the team culture works well. I often tell new recruits: Lao Yang is the chief servant. You charge forward, and I provide back-end support. We reach tacit understanding and build FANJIA together.” Guided by the talent development principle of “targeted, effective and practical”, FANJIA actively launches various talent development programs to unlock the vitality and potential of every FANJIA member and drive organizational innovation. Long-tenured employees with 5 or 10+ years of service are commonplace within the team. This is attributable not only to sound welfare policies but also to strong alignment between corporate culture and employee identity.
Yang Yinfeng firmly believes employees’ physical and mental health is closely tied to the health of enterprise development. “Ensuring corporate benefits truly reach employees and forming a big family is what we keep striving for. Only by sustainably building a pleasant and positive office environment can we stimulate endogenous growth momentum for the enterprise.”
WorkBee was born out of this philosophy. Employees earn WorkBee via overtime subsidies, travel savings, training incentives and performance rewards on FanJiaXing. One WorkBee equals one RMB yuan, which can be directly deducted from online and offline consumption through FanJiaXing or mainstream payment channels including Alipay, WeChat Pay, UnionPay and Apple Pay. More WorkBee earned brings higher membership benefits on FanJiaXing, with preferential pricing available for daily necessities and entertainment consumption on the platform. Notably, FANJIA also rewards WorkBee for enterprises and employees meeting low-carbon standards, promoting green business travel and low-carbon commuting, contributing FANJIA’s share to a low-carbon future.
FANJIA also devotes substantial efforts to rural revitalization. When seasonal agricultural products faced unsold stock during the pandemic, FanJiaXing opened a public welfare channel for agricultural assistance, enabling fresh farm produce to be quickly listed on the FANJIA platform. Supported by farmer subsidies and promotional operations, high-quality agricultural goods are delivered directly to millions of enterprise employee households. Centralized procurement cuts logistics costs and precisely matches purchasing demands of platform users, opening sales channels for rural produce while enabling users to buy quality products at fair prices, achieving a win-win for farmers and consumers. To date, FANJIA has supported 53 villages and helped more than 153,000 villagers increase their income. FANJIA and Hangzhou Dianzi University jointly established a Rural Revitalization Joint Workstation to continuously explore sustainable farmer-support models.
Recently, at the “AI+” Linking the Future — 2025 Zhejiang Entrepreneurs Pioneers’ Forum held in Hangzhou, FANJIA won the title of 2025 Zhejiang Entrepreneurs Annual "AI+" Top 100, and Yang Yinfeng was honored as 2025 Zhejiang Entrepreneurs Annual "AI+" Outstanding Leader. “Honours represent recognition and, more importantly, motivation,” Yang Yinfeng said when looking ahead. He will focus on product R&D, global expansion and AI technology development. “As globalization accelerates, overseas expansion is inevitable for enterprises, which requires FANJIA to build longer supply chains and robust global service capabilities. We will keep increasing investment in AI R&D, deepen technological innovation and industrial integration to empower digital transformation across industries. We will remain committed to technology for good, take Zhejiang’s innovation practices as an example, and integrate Zhejiang entrepreneurs’ commitment into China’s technological strength.”
Like the real-time scrolling data on the large screen at FANJIA headquarters — cumulative cost savings by the Enterprise Service AI Agent, global service coverage, corporate procurement dynamics, intelligent airport pickup information — these figures quietly record FANJIA’s efforts to reduce costs and boost efficiency for enterprise clients, and demonstrate its resolve to forge ahead and create greater value in enterprise services. Yang Yinfeng firmly believes that when cold silicon-based computing power meets warm carbon-based ideals, when technology and kindness grow in sync, they will cast light to guide global partners toward a better future.
